We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for animal care and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area - Provide support to veterinary staff as needed and assist with checking clients in and drawing up vaccines to assist veterinarians along with x-rays and other procedures.
Qualifications:
Enjoy dogs and cats of all kinds and be comfortable around pets.
Be able to sympathize and support people with sick or dying pets.
Need good people skills and enjoy dealing with pet owners.
