Responsibilities:
Assists Production Technicians on the job to which he/she is assigned.
Performs proper forklift operation.
Complies with all Company rules, policies and procedures, including safety.
Maintains a healthy, positive attitude towards the Company and Management.
Keeps the Shift Supervisor informed of work status and safety concerns.
Maintains proper communication with management and fellow employees.
Recognizes potential problems and reports issues or concerns to the Shift Supervisor.
Reports items that require repair or adjustment to the Shift Supervisor.
Relieves the Production Technician for breaks and lunch periods.
Maintains a clean, orderly and safe work area.
Determines and secures supplies needed to perform assigned tasks.
All other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications High School education required; prior manufacturing experience preferred.
Must possess the ability to operate manufacturing equipment as required.
Ability to read, understand and effectively communicate information both verbally and in writing.
Independent Self-Starter/Team Player.
Mathematical Skills:
General Arithmetic/Percentages/Fractions.
Advanced English:
Fluent speaking, reading and writing.
Computer Skills:
able to report and analyze information.
